Most events will be taking place at or nearby The Ritz-Carlton Hotel. We highly recommend staying there. If you'd like to stay in a different hotel, we recommend staying at the Marriott Reforma.
Getting to Mexico City:
We’re thrilled you’ll be joining us in Mexico City — it’s easier to get here than you might think!
Most major U.S. airports offer direct flights to Mexico City International Airport Benito Juárez making travel simple no matter where you’re coming from.
From New York: There are multiple nonstop flights a day from John F. Kennedy International Airport and Newark Liberty International Airport.
From South Florida: You’ll also find nonstop options from Miami International Airport.
From Columbus (and other U.S. cities): While direct flights may not be available, there are plenty of easy one-stop connections into Mexico City with short layovers.
Getting to your hotel:
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel can assist with coordinating private transportation from the airport directly to the hotel — please contact the concierge in advance to arrange this service.
Otherwise, we recommend using Uber, which is widely available, reliable, and an easy way to get from the airport to the hotel.
Getting around Mexico City:
There will be transportation provided to and from all of the events leaving from The Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
When touring the city, we recommend Uber or asking your hotel with help coordinating transportation. For safety and convenience, we recommend avoiding street taxis.
